Terms of Use
Last updated September 4, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to Erie Intelligence, including its website, public parcel pages, applications, data displays, and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Use of the Service
You may use the Service only for lawful business, research, and personal evaluation purposes. You must not interfere with the Service, bypass access controls, scrape or resell the Service or its data except where we expressly permit it, or use it to make unlawful, discriminatory, or harmful decisions.
Public records and decisions
The Service organizes information from public and other available sources. It is not legal, financial, insurance, lending, appraisal, title, compliance, or investment advice. Source coverage, freshness, and record completeness vary. Verify material facts against the cited source and use qualified professionals for decisions that require them.
Accounts, trials, and paid services
You are responsible for the information and credentials associated with your account and for activity under it. Paid subscriptions, pilots, data delivery, and enterprise use may be governed by an order form or separate written agreement. If a written agreement conflicts with these terms for that service, the written agreement controls.
Intellectual property and source rights
Erie Intelligence and its licensors retain rights in the Service, its software, presentation, and compiled materials. Public source material remains subject to the terms, licenses, and access rules of its original publisher. You may not remove source attribution or represent a derived result as an official record.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, including source coverage, when necessary. The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Erie Intelligence is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
